Gemma and the team at fireplace fitters were absolutely great. They spent considerable time going through all the options for my new gas fire, discussing technical considerations and the various pros and cons so I could make an informed decision. They then came twice, once to install the chimney lining and once to install the actual fireplace, and both time the team worked professionally and efficiently leaving everything clean and tidy. I am delighted with my new fireplace and recommend them !

Reasonable, easy to work with a very flexible team. Half way through our fireplace fitting, we decided to change to a fully tiled hearth and chamber which Gemma and Jordan quickly evaluated and were able to make work in the plan. Not only this, but the tiling work was done to a fantastic standard and the team did a wonderful job on site in general - clean, tidy and good company! I'd highly recommend the team.

We were struggling to fit an experienced fitter to install our fire we had purchased from a third party supplier and had been given to ridiculous quotes. Fireplace-Fitters did a great job replacing our old log burner with a contemporary model with a flue liner and HETAS certification. Next winter we will have full confidence to use our new log burner in safety.

It took quite a while to find a company with the specialist expertise to come and fit our Bellfire Horizon XL and we couldn't recommend Gemma & The Fireplace Fitters team enough. They knew what they were doing from start to finish, communication was excellent and we're really pleased with the result.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough from Gemma in admin to Kai who did our survey and installation and all the other team members who made removal of our multi-fuel stove and installation of a new gas stove go without a hitch. Such polite, respectful and professional service and at a reasonable rate. Even delivered our multi-fuel stove to someone we’d sold it on to. Thank you, we love the ease of the gas stove!

Really pleased with the installation and service received. Leading to the installation Gemma kept me updated with clear communications. The fitters arrived on time, first job was to place dust sheets over all items in the lounge. Then the installation was completed to a high standard with discussions regarding items such as the mains cable run to ensure I was involved in the decision making process. Would highly recommend.

I had no prior knowledge of this company but I trusted them immediately and was proved right; there was good advice on the right product to get, excellent updates on delivery and the fitters were reliable, personable and professional. I now have a gorgeous fireplace making the living room more attractive and warmer.

Very happy with the workmanship, great attention to detail, can't fault the finish. A little lack of clarity on the initial measurements which we needed to provide which meant that we had to order a new front hearth which also delayed the fitting of the fireplace (hence the 4 stars) however Gemma dealt with the situation professionally. We had a gas fireplace fitted by Fireplace Fitters Ltd. We are very happy with the installation. After a year we had it serviced by the company. The service was done by Kai, who did an excellent job and was very polite and friendly.

Such a good experience buying our log burner from Fireplace Fitters. We spotted their van at our neighbours' house and asked them to pop in when they had finished. They measured up quickly and were very optimistic about being able to do a good job for us. Once I had received the quote from Gemma I had masses of questions for her which she answered very efficiently and helpfully. She was particularly good at allaying my fears about all the laws regarding 'Clean Air' laws etc in London. Log burner was installed within a week of us agreeing to go for it. The team arrived at 8am and had done the job by 1.30pm! So so good. The whole family absolutely love the new addition to the sitting room. It really does make such an enormous difference - lovely and cosy and makes my fireplace look so good! 10/10.

Gemma was very helpful and professional from the start to end as an administrative officer. Jordan, the engineer installed my log burning stove yesterday and it was quick and professional. They (James is the assistant)came earlier than we expected and started the business straight away and installation was easier because our builder already made sure everything is OK for Jordan to work through Chimney and making the holes on the wall with very much professional skills required and Jordan did an excellent job!!! Thank you and highly recommended!!
