We are a one stop service provider from survey, advice, choice selection support, design, delivery, building works, sweep, installation, plastering ready for decoration, aftercare and annual services.

We are CQMS certified and a registered member of the SSIP meaning we are fully accredited to work on large building sites and can offer peace of mind that our engineers are fully trained in health and safety and have a wealth of experience working alongside large and small new build companies. Everything was excellent. From Gemma in the office arranging the quote and fitting to the guys who did the job perfectly and in a friendly fashion. They also tidied up nicely afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

So pleased to write a review for the Fireplace Fitters. The service was excellent and the advice provided by the fitters was invaluable. The fitters worked efficiently and cleanly and were very friendly as are the back office staff. If you are looking for a company to carry out your installation take it from us you cannot go wrong with this company.

We were struggling to fit an experienced fitter to install our fire we had purchased from a third party supplier and had been given to ridiculous quotes.Was recommended Fireplace Fitters and couldn't be happier with the service.Gemma was helpful and efficient organising the quote and the fitting. Can’t recommend this company highly enough from Gemma in admin to Kai who did our survey and installation and all the other team members who made removal of our multi-fuel stove and installation of a new gas stove go without a hitch. Such polite, respectful and professional service and at a reasonable rate. Even delivered our multi-fuel stove to someone we’d sold it on to. Thank you, we love the ease of the gas stove!

Very happy with the workmanship, great attention to detail, can't fault the finish. A little lack of clarity on the initial measurements which we needed to provide which meant that we had to order a new front hearth which also delayed the fitting of the fireplace (hence the 4 stars) however Gemma dealt with the situation professionally. I was well informed throughout the whole process and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace installation!Before and after photos attached.

Gemma was very helpful and professional from the start to end as an administrative officer. Jordan, the engineer installed my log burning stove yesterday and it was quick and professional. They (James is the assistant)came earlier than we expected and started the business straight away and installation was easier because our builder already made sure everything is OK for Jordan to work through Chimney and making the holes on the wall with very much professional skills required and Jordan did an excellent job!!! Thank you and highly recommended!!

We were recommended Fireplace Fitters by Zigi Freplaces as it was proving difficult to find someone with the relevant experience who could install the fireplace surround we had purchased from a third party supplier.Fron the outset, the communication from Gemma at Fireplace Fitters was excellent. We received a very detailed quotation with lots of additional options we hadn't even thought about!We were interested in purchasing the Gazco Chesterfield 5 Electric fire to complement the fireplace. As Fireplace Fitters work with such a large range of suppliers, Gemma was able to obtain an even better price that I had seen online, which was fantastic :)Our fitters on the day of installation were Paul and Stefan who were brilliant. With so many years of experience between them, they were able with install the fireplace with ease. They were also on time, very tidy and the end result was perfection.It's so reassuring to work with a company who specialise in the fitting of fireplaces as someone with less experience may have took a lot longer and I don't think the results would have been as good.Thank you Gemma, Paul and Stefan you all deserve five stars and I would definitely recommend Fireplace Fitters witout hesitation to anyone that needs a fireplace fitted.
